An honest HVAC professional: After getting burnt a few times working with other contractors, I did not expect much when Vic came to our home to give us an estimate to replace our AC and re-do the ducting. He spent more than an hour educating me about the pro’s, con’s, and Return on Investment (RoI) for the project. He gave us a competitive bid on the job with options to do it in phases. Unfortunately, we had to postpone it because of other unexpected and urgent repair in the home.

Recently, I asked Vic to give me an estimate to relocate our furnace to the garage. Vic, as an honest professional, recommended me not to pursue the option because he did not see a justifiable RoI. Very good experience with Home Air. We replaced our old air conditioner before the summer started, the new system was so good and kept us away from the summer heat. The boss was nice, he took good care of both the old system and new system. The price is also competitive.

Vic installed my replacement gas furnace and electric A/C. He showed up on time, worked to give me the best value for my money, provided good advice and took care of all the little extras like finding a larger grill for my door, integrated with a Nest Thermometer. I can’t recommend him enough!

Home Air did an excellent job on my furnace and duct replacement. Vic is professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and I would recommend him to anyone. I had some concerns about the noise level of my current furnace, and Vic discussed options with me in detail. I felt fully educated by the time I made the decision to replace it. I have some asbestos around the furnace area, and he completely covered all of it, so it remains undisturbed and (now) safer than it was. His crew was fast and professional, and Vic did a thorough quality control check once they completed the job. You can’t go wrong with Vic. Hire him!

Rats and Rodents destroyed my newly remodeled rental home in Los Gatos. Vic came out within 24 hours on 12/29/19 to assess the damage. Vic provided a quote the same day and we agreed to the necessary complete replacement of the HVAC ducting resulting from the rodent damage. Vic an his crew completed the entire HVAC system in less than 6 hours right after new years and the workmanship, professionalism, promptness and price were superior. Was looking to install AC in our home and got in contact with Vic, the owner. Was very easy to work with. The price was reasonable and he was always on time. Very knowledgeable and never had any issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who who is looking to repair or add a new AC unit to their home.
